A one-off luxury steak box. This time the beef has been supplied by John Dickinson who runs Longley Farm at Holmfirth. They keep a herd of Jersey dairy cattle which they use to produce their Longley Farm milk which in turn creates all their other great dairy products which you may have seen on the shelves including their butter, cream and yoghurts. They have also crossed their jerseys with the Red Poll cattle breed which is more of a beef producing breed as opposed to the dairy Jersey. This has produced fantastic tasting beef with the buttery, creamy taste from the Jerseys and the bold meaty texture of the Red Poll breed.

We have been able to produce a limited supply of set boxes of the Longley Farm beef which will be on a first come, first served basis and will include all the best cuts from the hind and ribs.
